General Terms and Conditions
Our offers remain open as long as supplies last, price changes reserved. On our regular routes, deliveries of value totaling more than CHF 250 are sent with domestic postage paid. For shipments of less than CHF 250 total value a transport fee of an additional CHF 50 is added. So that we can delivery according to our regular route plan, we need to have your order at the latest by 14:00 hours on the day before your desired delivery date. Our prices are net, and there is no cash discount. The VAT is not included in our prices and will be paid by the customer. Our invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days. For late payments, we add an 8% late fee.
Online Auction
The bidder begins his offer by placing a bid. The bid vanishes, when another bidder enters a higher bid in the course of Online-Auction. The official time limit for the Online-Auction is firm.
In an immediate sale, the offer vanishes.
The price of the various offers is given without VAT. The sale price includes postage and handling costs.
Delivery will then follow, so long as nothing else is mentioned in the offer, immediately after acceptance on the next possible shipping date (route schedule) or according to terms agreed upon.
Right of Participation
All registered customers of Bischofberger AG or invited participants may take part.
Rules for dealing with System Failure
A system failure occurs when no offers on articles can be entered or no fixed price articles can be sold due to an unforeseen disruption in the system.
The auction will continue, as soon as the system failure is dealt with.
